2. How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?
You will receive an email confirmation containing the Order Number and details of your purchase.
3. What are your payment options?
We accept Paypal now and will open credit cards later.
4. How secure is my online order?
When purchasing online using your credit card or paypal, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypeted and sent directly to our credit card provider's networl, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
5. Are there any additional fee for customs?
Orders for international transportation may be subject to import duties, customs duties and fees levied at the destination. You can contact the local customs office for more information.

6. How do I check my order?
You can view the order through "My Account", then you will see the "Order History" in the list.
Note: On our website, accounts can be registered through customers' email, Facebook account or Google account, and 3 different accounts can be generated respectively. Please find out under which account you ordered, and make sure you are logged into the correct account.
7. Can I use more than one coupon?
